***OUTDOOR EVENT*** You will be assisting a well-known swimming pool company that will exhibit their pools at the Big E State Fair. This is a "soft sales" role. Your goal is to spark interest and capture contact info for a later follow-up. You must be comfortable interacting with attendees and proactively talk about the pools with the aim of getting customer contact info for the clients to follow up with booking future appointments. REQUIREMENTS: You must be outgoing, proactive and comfortable engaging with people. You must be comfortable working outdoors. You must be comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift since ideally you'll be walking around the pool display and interacting with people and actively trying to recruit interested parties. IMPORTANT TO NOTE! YOU WILL BE PAID AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR - 1099 🙂 YOU'LL BE PAID VIA ZELLE OR PAYPAL THE NEXT DAY 09.25.2026 🙂 Please bear in mind you cannot work more than 40 hours during a Mon-Sun period to avoid OT. You can choose to work the full days or I can split them into half shifts, depending on your availability, again as long as it doesn't go over 40 hours between a Mon-Sun period. (Please plan accordingly as it can get hot during the day and chilly at night so layers are best. You will have an area to store your belongings). Solid neutral color hat and sunglasses are allowed if needed. Please no graphic shirts. No visible tattoos or facial piercings.
