📍 ALL ACES PROMOTIONAL STAFFING JOB OPPORTUNITY 📍 📣 Position: Guerrilla Marketing Street Team / Promo Postering 📍 Location: Santa Barbara, CA 💰 Pay: $30.00 per hour ⛽ Gas stipends available depending on assigned route 📅 Dates: October 5–8, 2026 🕙 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–5:00 PM 👤 Staff Needed: 1 🚨 FOUR-DAY COMMITMENT REQUIRED 🚨 We are looking for ONE reliable, outgoing field marketer who can commit to ALL FOUR campaign days. This is an independent guerrilla marketing assignment. You will travel throughout the assigned Santa Barbara market, approach local businesses, speak with owners or managers, obtain permission to place promotional posters, and document approved placements. The campaign goal is 20 approved poster placements within the Santa Barbara market. 📌 RESPONSIBILITIES • Travel independently throughout your assigned campaign area • Visit appropriate local businesses and storefronts • Professionally approach business owners or managers • Request permission before placing promotional materials • Place approved posters in visible storefront locations that meet campaign requirements • Take clear photos documenting successful placements • Record required business and location information • Keep the project team updated throughout the campaign • Remain organized, professional, and productive while working independently 🚗 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Reliable personal transportation is REQUIRED • Comfortable driving throughout the assigned market • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confident approaching businesses and speaking with decision-makers • Comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to the next opportunity • Able to work independently without constant supervision • Reliable, punctual, organized, and responsive • Must be available for ALL FOUR DAYS 👔 ALL-BLACK PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE • Black slacks or comfortable black pants • Solid black shirt with no graphics, logos, or designs • Comfortable closed-toe black shoes • No ripped or excessively distressed clothing • Arrive clean, polished, and ready for field work ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING ⚠️ ❌ DO NOT APPLY if you cannot commit to all four campaign dates. 📍 This is a FIELD MARKETING assignment.
