Better training and much better screening on BAs. People where brought on too quickly and not properly screened.

Maintained constant communication before the event and during the event to make sure everything was going well and we were being treated fairly
They always provide all of the details/ information needed for the events. Check in and out is simple. Pay is accurate and quick! Parking is reimbursed. This event was fun and the client was awesome to work for- they provided us with catered meals daily!
Great communication and training
Loved working for this company. Mike was our point of contact, he was super communicative, laid out the job duties, pay rate, hours, etc. up front. We had some issues with other workers not showing up or showing up way late, replacements were out within the hour. Would work with them again, 100%
