This event footprint had a quite a bit to set up, but Greg was a Rockstar/expert on-site manager. Always a pleasure to work for Keith Hernandez at All Aces Promo. Their events have never disappointed me!
This was a really easy/great event. The promo company communicated well and treated the Brand Ambassadors very professionally
They were responsive, timely and forthcoming. The pay was on point and the long hours were amazing.
This was a simple gig. We simple passed out swag and drove traffic to the event bus.
Promo is miserable because it's cold, sometimes the mags aren't there and you have to pass out THOUSANDS of mags but it's straight forward and you're always paid on time.
The event was great however they took 2 months and some change to pay me which was very disappointing
There is a lot of communication. You will need to confirm twice before th event and then again via text when they text you the day of. Will also need to send a check in photo. They want you to check in/out on the app and submit a timesheet as well.
Draw back is you may be knocked off for another schedule date but they try to make it back up to you with other work.
Pretty big event , that was for charity and worth it.
Keith Hernandez was my booking manager and communication with him was consistent. The event itself was wonderful and executed flawlessly.
