Keith Hernandez was my booking manager and communication with him was consistent. The event itself was wonderful and executed flawlessly.
Never been more frustrated. The account manager I worked w/ was not a good liaison b/w staff and client. Poor communication skills. Not only took days/weeks to reply but couldn’t vouch/advocate for us either. Don’t care, Inconsiderate &unorganized
