The Role we are looking for an Experienced Event Barista who thrives outside the traditional four walls of a café. In this mobile role, you will represent our brand at diverse venues, setting up portable bars, dialing in espresso, crafting flawless drinks, and delivering top-tier customer service in fast-paced, changing environments. Key Responsibilities: Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare espresso, lattes, matcha, and specialty drinks accurately to company recipes and presentation standards. Quality Control: Dial in grinders, adjust espresso extraction parameters, and steam milk to correct micro-foam textures consistently under pressure. Latte Art: Produce clean, attractive latte art (minimum standard: tulip or heart) for every service cup. Thoughtful Hospitality: Engage naturally and warmly with event guests, answer menu questions with enthusiasm, and read the mood of the room. Bar Operations: Maintain a pristine, organized, and health-compliant station from setup through breakdown. Logistics: Assist with safe loading, unloading, transport, assembly, and breakdown of mobile coffee cart equipment. Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional, high-volume barista experience.Technical Skills: Confident with commercial espresso machines, manual grinder calibration, milk steaming, and speed-with-accuracy workflows. Hospitality Mindset: Naturally warm, punctual, professional, adaptable, and proactive in a team setting. Physical & Travel Requirements: Reliable transportation to changing event sites across the LA area. Ability to stand for 4–8 hours and lift/move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
