Darlene was a delight and pleasure to work with! She really took good care of us despite the challenging logistics and extreme outdoor extreme heat. She was in constant contact with the onsite management team ensuring our team's safety. She covered our parking and my BIRD expenses! PAID in 14 days.

What can this company improve?

Parking anywhere in the Downtown Austin area is a premium and impossible to find at $20. We just assistance and looped into any apps in advance to help slash those parking fees at a reduced cost. Luckily for me, Darlene graciously covered my BIRD scooter rides in attempt to cut down on parking fees.

This might be beyond Darlene's parameters, but the event logistics proved to be a critical component. And where we are setup is crucial especially if we're outdoors. We had one team member suffer from heat stroke and was admitted to urgent care following the event.
