YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING A 30FT FOOD TRUCK FOR THIS POSITION We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Activation Manager! Here is a general overview of the role below. Main Responsibilities: - Assisting our Full Time Activation Manager with day-to-day operations of the Dunkin’ sampling program including: - Driving a 30ft food truck to various events across the Southern Virginia & Carolina's Region. - Preparing Dunkin’ beverage samples to brand standards - Management of event activations, including setup and coordination of BAs. - Organization and cleaning of event elements and storage units - Photograph and document event activations - Maintain reports on event attendance - Organization and cleaning of equipment, prep station, and storage areas daily - Product inventory management and ordering - Ensure that DOH standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are always maintained - Coordination of vehicle and equipment maintenance with Manager Skills Required: - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record - Serv-Safe Manager certification (we can sponsor this for you) - Management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team, especially in busy situations - Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail - A positive, energetic attitude with a “people person” mentality - Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with event logistics and equipment - Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods - Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays Additional Information: - Schedule: 25+ hours per week including weekends and some holidays (approx. 10% clerical and 90% in-field sampling). - Potential to become full-time or work additional BA hours within the team if more hours are desired.
