Brand Ambassador Event Staff – Pay: $20/hr Event Hours: 11:30 AM – 4:15 PM We are seeking polished, high-energy experienced Brand Ambassadors to support a premium in-store activation at Target location. This is a high-visibility event requiring exceptional execution, professionalism, and guest engagement. These locations are the most important activation sites, so we are looking for top-tier talent that is experienced, engaging, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced promotional environment. Premium agency staff only Brand Ambassador Responsibilities Brand Ambassadors will play a critical role in delivering an engaging, high-energy guest experience. Responsibilities include: Actively engaging guests and encouraging trial of featured products Distributing samples and managing product stock at sampling stations Guiding guests through the experience and reinforcing key product messaging Supporting seamless traffic flow and maintaining a welcoming environment Delivering a premium, brand-right experience aligned with Target expectations Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the activation area Collaborating alongside Target Team Members during event execution For scaled locations, Target Team Members will work side-by-side with Brand Ambassadors. Target staff will primarily focus on guest engagement while Brand Ambassadors will execute sampling and maintain the sampling cart. Uniform Requirements Medium to dark wash jeans White short sleeve or long sleeve shirt (collared preferred) Gray apron provided onsite (Target standard apron) Unbranded gray hat provided in event kit Expectations Execution standards are extremely high for this event. Staff must arrive on time, maintain professionalism throughout the shift, and create a welcoming, energetic experience for every guest interaction. You will need a a food handlers card.
