Key Responsibilities · Welcome the world to Kansas City by greeting fans attending the FIFA World Cup and creating a friendly, high-energy first impression. · Help guests easily navigate the venue by providing directions to seating, entrances, fan zones, concessions, and transportation areas. · Keep the fan experience running smoothly by assisting with crowd flow and answering questions from visitors from around the globe. · Represent Kansas City with pride by delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable moments for fans. Qualifications · Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for helping people and creating great experiences. · Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with large, diverse crowds from around the world. · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, outdoors, in a crowded environment · To support the excitement of the FIFA World Cup in Kansas City, team members must be available to work ALL of the following major match dates: June 16, 2026 – 8:00 PM: FIFA Argentina vs. Algeria June 20, 2026 – 7:00 PM: FIFA Ecuador vs. Curaçao June 25, 2026 – 6:00 PM: FIFA Tunisia vs. Netherlands June 27, 2026 – 9:00 PM: FIFA Algeria vs. Austria July 3, 2026 – 8:30 PM: FIFA Round of 32 Match July 11, 2026 – 8:00 PM: FIFA Quarterfinal Match Background check required
