Design Showroom Client Services Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA – Westside Design District Allister Agency is seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing professional to join a client’s design showroom in Atlanta’s Westside Design District. This role combines customer service, sales support, pricing, calculations, and administrative work. An interior design or showroom background is a major plus, as familiarity with design terminology and industry processes will help you hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Assist designers and clients in the showroom Help with pricing, quotes, measurements, and calculations Work extensively in QuickBooks Document client purchases and maintain accurate records Make and receive sales calls and assist with client follow-up Enter and maintain order, product, and pricing information Provide general showroom and sales support Ideal Candidate: Extremely detail-oriented and organized Strong math and calculation skills Comfortable working extensively in QuickBooks Outgoing, personable, and confident with customers Interior design, home furnishings, or showroom experience preferred Familiarity with design terminology is a strong plus Able to balance customer service with detail-heavy administrative work We’re looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of the design industry but is equally comfortable with numbers, pricing, organization, and documentation.
