Right Seat Driver / Professional Driver - Chandler, Arizona We are looking for experienced, Professional Drivers/Right Seat Drivers to support a Test Drive Event – Chandler, Arizona. This position is ideal for drivers with previous experience working automotive ride-and-drive events and providing right-seat instruction on a closed driving course. Event: Test Drive Event – Chandler, Arizona Location: Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass 5594 W. Wild Horse Pass Blvd. Chandler, AZ 85226 Dates: October 9–14, 2026 Position Overview As a Right Seat Driver, you will accompany participants throughout a closed-course test drive experience, providing clear instruction while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest. Responsibilities * Deliver clear, confident right-seat instruction throughout the course. * Coach participants through course elements and driving exercises. * Ensure all safety procedures and event protocols are followed. * Monitor participant comfort and safety during each drive. * Communicate effectively with event management and fellow team members. * Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Qualifications * Previous experience as a Right Seat Driver or Professional Driver at automotive ride-and-drive events. * Experience working on closed-course driving events is required. * Comfortable instructing drivers of varying experience levels. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Calm, confident, and safety-focused under pressure. * Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. * Authorized to work in the United States. * Available to work all event dates.
