Right Seat Driver / Product Specialist – Milwaukee Auto Show We’re seeking confident, outgoing, and knowledgeable team members to join us as Right Seat Drivers / Product Specialists for the Milwaukee Auto Show. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting ride-and-drive activations. Event Details: Location: Wisconsin State Fair Park – Exposition Center Address: 8200 W. Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI 53214 Event Dates & Hours: Thursday, May 14: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday, May 15: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Position Overview: As a Right Seat Driver / Product Specialist, you will accompany guests on test drives, provide product education, and ensure a safe, informative, and enjoyable experience. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for guests during their drive, highlighting vehicle features and answering questions. Responsibilities: Ride along with guests during test drives and provide clear directions along the route Educate guests on vehicle features, technology, and performance Deliver a professional, engaging, and confident product presentation Ensure all safety protocols are followed during drive experiences Assist with staging vehicles and maintaining cleanliness/organization Support event operations, including setup and breakdown as needed Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills Confident speaking to small groups and one-on-one interactions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable navigating routes and providing clear instructions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous automotive, brand ambassador, or event experience preferred Additional Details: Must be available for all scheduled event dates Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors if needed Training and product knowledge materials will be provided prior to the event Professional appearance required If you’re passionate about engaging with people and bringing a brand experience to life, we’d love to have you on the team!
