Ameritalent Casting Call Las Vegas Trade Show Casting - BREWFEST Alcohol Awareness/TAM Card Certification Need 21+ Only Local Booking (No Travel) 2 Trade Show Staff Needed For BREWFEST July 11th (Saturday) 2026 Booking Time: 12 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Set Up 12-3. Event 3-7 p.m. 7-8 p.m. Tear Down) Pick up and drop off of assets at storage Batching A Premixed Cocktail Prior to event. Submission Instructions: Please Include Headshot/Event Photos, Resume/Experience, TAM/Alcohol Card. Duties: We are looking for 2 trade show talent that can fully set up, work the event and break down our clients basic trade show booth for Brewfest at Tuscany Suites & Casino Convention ballroom. Client had a medical issue and is unable to do their own set up so being able to set up is a must. Asset pick up at storage before the event will also be required. A 6x6 ft. pipe and drape display will need to be set up with a banquet table consisting of a snow cone machine and some barware and giveaways. The snow cone machine is easy to use / it weighs 25 lbs. There will also be a hologram fan that will be projecting a video on a loop that will need to be set up. The hologram fan is incredibly easy to set up - you attach a backing to the tripod which is just 2 screws / no tools and then slide the blades in. It takes less than 10 mins. There will be one cocktail that needs to be batched but the client will make sure it is simple to do. We are looking for 2 people, pairs are welcome to apply. It will make set up easier and then during the event one can serve snow cones and the other can serve the cocktail and our tea and lemonade ready-to-drink beverages. They will need to pick up the materials from our storage unit On Spencer St. in Las Vegas 89183 before and after event. Must be able to fit a rolling cooler (30.5"W x 33"H x15.5"D) in their vehicle. Client might send cocktail supplies to one of their homes. Wardrobe: TBD/Branded wardrobe or Black Pants/Top. Female branded attire is a crop top. Male and Female submissions welcome.
