6-8pm - tequila brand - 5/5
*****Updated Rule for On-Premise: models are NOT ALLOWED to touch the product, nor should they be photographed holding cups/bottles/or tray of samples. Use a polite hand gesture to let consumers know they can pick up their sample themselves off the table, (feel free to share with staff/consumers that you aren't allowed to touch the product).******
--
Promote any specialty cocktails the bar has.
–
ID EVERYONE under 30
--
Arrival: Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to check in with the bar manager, change into your uniform if you have not already. Ask the manager for a designated table, that is in an area you can invite consumers over to, to set up the samples/giveaways (if you have any).
--
Setting Up: Ask for 1-4 display bottles for the table if they have bottles to spare for table set up, depending on the space you have to work with. Place the bottles, giveaways, & samples of the product on the table (unbranded tray is not needed) in a neat and appealing manner. Take a photo of yourselves showing off your beautiful set up. Ask the bartender how much the product is being sold at the bar.
--
Bar Spend / Receipt: You will purchase $200 (including taxes - do not go over $200-$205) worth of half shots or half cocktail-samples for customers, (make sure the Brand is correct on the receipt first before swiping), your final SIGNED amount should be $250.00. The custom tip amount is the difference -- [use your phones' calculator to get the exact tip amount to enter in, **for example: $250 - 196.58 (the end total with taxes) = $53.42 is the TIP you will write in on the receipt or enter in as the "custom tip" amount on the card reader.] Finally, take a photo of the receipt!
--
**Activation flow: Walk around telling everyone what brand you're here for and that you have "complimentary samples" (point in the area your table is) and persuade consumers to come over to your table to learn more & to try a sample, and to purchase it at the bar. IF you have POS, please use it as a giveaway if consumers purchases the brand in a shot/cocktail form. PLEASE NO SITTING should be happening at your event, especially if its slow, nor should be sitting in the photos. Always look and be engaged, greet people when they walk in, encouraged to do that "slow retail-pace around" if its slow, ask consumers who sampled already if they're enjoying their samples, or remind them you have freebies if they purchase a _ for _$_! Always appear to be HAPPY that you're there!
--
Photos: Take photos BEFORE they drink it, preferably! That way you have your photo/engagement conversation BEFORE they walk off. Take 8 to 10 photos of consumers holding their samples, make sure you backup a little to show your beautiful table display in the photo. There must be a logo in the photo (giveaway, branded cup, ambassador, etc.) No other brands or tip jars should be in the photo. Only ONE photo should be of the ambassador(s) with their set up. Take photos of your partner interacting with consumers beside the table, "posed-candids"=freezing your smiles/giveaway hand-offs for 2 seconds for that picture-perfect-consumer engagement-photo!!
