Working for Fireball is fun. Pay could be better based on the industry average, but I like the girls I work with. Communication is good with the market manager. She is usually quick to respond to texts!
They don't pay you for the recap or for set up/tear down time. Hours are short & I wished they would be more back to back options, but overall I would still work for them again just because they have consistent work available through the year.
Communication is always strong. On site event management was ok. Kit access and pick-up is always tricky. Payment is the following month (2nd week in). Still one of my go to agencies!

Aras has been dishonest. Stating to some people on the team that there are no more on premise events until the Fall. Not so. We have to return shirts after use, not paid for meeting up with POS Manager. There's better agencies
Bad. Last minute change on the liquor to be sampled, not provided product info. Tasting was in HIGH crime area and the store had 1 person dedicated to watching me for issues/trouble from customers! (Only 2 hour tastings in MN, $25hr, pay is monthly.)
Some of the managers can be pushy and pressure you into working a shift (via texting). There is little to no training provided by Aras and all they do is send you (sometimes) a sheet about the product you are sampling. Low pay, but have promos often
I absolutely love love this store. It's located in Wisconsin but not too far from Minnesota. The staff is always so welcoming and cheerful. This agency is great to work for !
