Our branded mobile unit serves as a flexible platform supporting local testing events, healthcare conferences, provider outreach, educational campaigns, public relations opportunities, and select at-home testing appointments. By activating throughout key regions, the program helps increase awareness, strengthen connections with healthcare professionals, and make genetic testing more accessible to the communities that need it most.

[FIELD MANAGER]
RATE: $1,600/week ($40/HR - depending on schedule)

We’re seeking an experienced Field Manager / Driver to oversee daily program operations and safely operate our branded Sprinter van while supporting regional healthcare activations.
Responsibilities Include:
* Safely drive and maintain the branded mobile unit
* Coordinate daily activation logistics across assigned markets
* Manage onsite operations and team execution
* Support provider outreach events, conferences, community activations, and public-facing initiatives
* Ensure operational readiness, inventory, and equipment management
* Maintain compliance with program SOPs and safety procedures
* Serve as the primary onsite point of contact
* Complete daily reporting, operational recaps, and issue resolution
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Comfortable driving a Sprinter van
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience in experiential, healthcare, mobile tour, or event operations preferred
* Comfortable following strict compliance and safety protocols
* Ability to travel and work flexible hours
[BRAND AMBASSADORS]
RATE: $30/hr

We’re hiring engaging and professional Brand Ambassadors to support the onsite testing experience and assist with operational flow.
Responsibilities Include:
* Welcome and assist visitors during program activations
* Support check-in, guest flow, and overall onsite experience
* Share approved educational information and program resources
* Assist with provider engagement and community outreach initiatives
* Maintain a professional, organized, and compliant environment
* Support setup, breakdown, inventory, and daily operations
* Direct attendees to appropriate program resources and next steps
Requirements:
* Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in healthcare-adjacent environments
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to follow compliance procedures and SOPs
* Experience in events, experiential marketing, healthcare support, or customer-facing roles preferred
