We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and outgoing Field Managers to lead our street team and spread the word about a revolutionary salad bar experience built for today’s health-conscious consumer. Your mission? Drive excitement around our client’s fresh, customizable meals and promote a high-value rewards program that makes eating well even more rewarding. As a Street Team Field Manager, you’ll oversee in-market canvassing efforts near key retail locations—guiding your team, engaging with shoppers, distributing flyers, and ensuring seamless execution throughout each shift. You’ll be responsible for keeping energy high, managing reporting, and making sure every activation runs smoothly and successfully. Focused on health, sustainability, and flavor, this innovative concept is quickly expanding in grocery retailers nationwide. To support the launch of a new rewards program and value-driven promotional offer, we’ll be activating a street team to canvas near retail locations—engaging shoppers, distributing flyers, and driving awareness around this exciting healthy meal option. FIELD MANAGER REQUIREMENTS * Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. * Able to stand/walk outdoors for the duration of the shift * Outgoing and engaging personality — comfortable initiating conversations with strangers * Professional and reliable — punctual, consistent, and committed to assigned shifts * Sales-minded communicator — able to clearly explain the value of the offer and promote sign-ups or engagement * Previous experience managing event staff or street teams * Exceptional organizational skills — must track attendance, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely check-ins * Leadership mindset — able to coach, motivate, and lead a small team in the field * Tech-savvy — confident using shared spreadsheets, reporting tools, and communication platforms * Responsible for shift recap reports — including qualitative feedback, photo uploads, and performance metrics * Reliable transportation — to support shift coverage or material transport if needed * Available for all scheduled shifts in the campaign (unless otherwise pre-approved) * Ability to troubleshoot issues in real-time and escalate when necessary TO APPLY: SUBMIT AN APPLICATION HERE: https://airtable.com/appYqsO2wvfANMs45/pagqK0kASL3uqEy8c/form *** Must copy and paste the link in the web browser to apply
