We’re looking for proactive, organized, and highly engaging Field Managers to lead a multi-location educational tabling program for a Health Care Company—designed to inspire employees to discover their ideal commuter experience and engage with sustainable transportation options.
As a Field Manager, you’ll oversee all on-site logistics across some of Stanford’s most high-traffic campus locations. You’ll manage activation setup, guide your team through daily operations, ensure accurate data collection, maintain inventory, and serve as the main point of contact to keep each tabling event running seamlessly.
You’ll empower your team to deliver engaging, polished, and memorable interactions that draw people in—whether they’re captivated by our animated TV display, excited to learn more on iPads, or simply stopping by for snacks and branded giveaways. Your leadership will create moments that help employees better understand their commuting options in a fun, impactful way.

Paid as a W2 Employee

FIELD MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be willing and able to drive a Cargo Van.
Outgoing, confident communicator — comfortable initiating conversations with employees
Professional, reliable, punctual, and consistent
Prior Field Manager or team leadership experience in events, activations, or street teams
Strong organizational skills — able to handle check-ins, logistics, inventory, and staff management
Tech-savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting tools, tablets/iPads, and communication apps
Able to stand/walk outdoors for the duration of the shift
Responsible for daily shift recap reports (photos, feedback, attendance, metrics)
Able to troubleshoot real-time issues and escalate as needed
Reliable transportation to support shift coverage and materials movement if required
