We’re hiring a full-time, experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the U.S. launch of a globally recognized, flavor-forward beverage brand through a 12-week program in the SF Bay Area.
In this role, you’ll manage a branded van, oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors, and bring the brand to life through high-volume sampling at top festivals, local events, and key community spots — introducing thousands of people to the product for the very first time.
PAY: $1,800 / Weekly
*Paid bi-weekly as a W2 Employee

Our client is a globally loved beverage brand known for its bold fruit flavor and signature coconut cubes (nata de coco) — delivering a one-of-a-kind texture that turns every sip into a fun, craveable experience. First produced in Thailand in 2001, it’s become a sensation across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Philippines — and is now officially launching in the U.S.
The San Francisco Bay Area will be the first stop in this national rollout. Through a 12-week field marketing program, we’ll introduce the brand to American consumers through high-traffic events, high-volume sampling, and culturally relevant activations — all designed to drive awareness, trial, and lasting connections.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Research, identify, evaluate, negotiate, secure, and execute marketing partnership and sampling opportunities across local events, festivals, venues and local businesses to create genuine and authentic connections with consumers
* Supporting effective and breakthrough local marketing initiatives by securing on-brand, local sampling opportunities that help create and increase brand awareness and help drive sales back to retail
* Works closely with the agency to develop a comprehensive in-market field calendar for all sampling, partnership/product drops, and events, and ensure alignment on scheduling and local market initiatives
* Staffing, hiring, and managing a full team of Brand Ambassadors, including understanding program budget, scheduling day-to-day activations, program recaps, timesheet and expense approvals, etc
* Training a team of part-time brand ambassadors by providing ongoing product training, brand guidelines for sampling, and ensuring all events are executed to the Brand standards
* Managing and allocating local market budget with focus on Brand Ambassador hour tracking, local event budget, in-kind trade agreements, product orders, supplies, and events, etc
* Oversee event logistics such as pre-event preparations, set-up, execution, break-down, and post-event analysis
* Coordinate event and street sampling schedules and other local marketing partnerships
* Gathering, tracking, and sharing valuable retail/consumer feedback that contributes to innovation, quality control, and other important branding decisions
* Manage all logistics, including product inventory, assets, and supplies, to support local events and initiatives
* Take event photos and videos with a strong understanding of product placement and setting up the perfect photo op
* Complete event recaps that are detailed and paint a picture of the event, feedback, and market.
REQUIREMENTS:
* MUST have leadership experience and experience managing similar programs
* Must have open availability throughout the work day/week to accomplish tasks related to the program, digitally or in person.
* MUST have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
* Knowledge and experience speaking with event organizers and negotiating sponsorship agreements, with the ability to measure ROI
* Ability to anticipate and solve logistical challenges before they occur. MUST be solution-oriented
* Exhibit a high sense of urgency, be well organized, have a growth mindset, be a team player, and have the ability to build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and work within ambiguity
* Experience hiring, training, and managing a full team of Brand Ambassadors, including understanding budget, scheduling daily activations, timesheet & expense approvals, etc.
* Must be flexible in accomplishing program-related tasks and have the understanding that due to the nature of the FMM position, initial plans can potentially change or be adjusted throughout the workweek
* MUST be comfortable driving a large refrigerated van, managing vehicle mileage, gas, and maintenance issues. Troubleshooting as needed
* MUST be able to lift 50+ pounds overhead
* MUST have a clean background check AND driving record
