We’re looking for energetic, professional, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors and Field Managers to represent an exciting, healthy snack brand at Expo West!
Our mission: to showcase our brand through sampling, engaging conversations, and meaningful connections with buyers, retailers, and industry professionals.
Brand Ambassadors will confidently engage attendees, offer samples, communicate key brand messaging, and create memorable, high-energy interactions that leave a lasting impression.
PAY:
Brand Ambassador: $30/HR

Priority given to those who can work ALL shift dates (some flexibility).
DURATION: 6 to 8 hour shifts (final shift times TBD)

DESCRIPTION:
Our client is bringing a health-driven, better-for-you snack brand to one of the industry’s largest and most influential trade show events. This high-energy activation will invite attendees to sample nutrient-packed snacks designed to fuel busy lifestyles without compromising on taste or quality.
Throughout the event, our team will engage thousands of buyers, retailers, and industry professionals, delivering confident, knowledgeable interactions that showcase the brand’s clean ingredients, functional benefits, and market positioning. With a dynamic booth presence, interactive engagement, and high-volume sampling moments, the goal is to drive awareness, spark meaningful conversations, encourage product trial, and leave a lasting impression with every interaction.
BRAND AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to stand, walk, and engage outdoors for the full duration of the shift — rain, snow, or shine!
Friendly, approachable, and energetic — enjoys striking up conversations and spreading holiday cheer.
Dependable and professional — punctual, polished, and committed to delivering a consistent brand experience.
Engaging storyteller who can clearly communicate product highlights and inspire guests to sample and learn more.
Comfortable with supporting event setup and breakdown, as well as capturing photos for recaps.
Brings a team-oriented attitude and genuine enthusiasm for food, community, and festive events.
Previous experience in sampling, hospitality, or promotional marketing is a plus, but not required.
