ROCKSTAR BRAND AMBASSADORS NEEDED FOR EARTH DAY PASTA SAMPLING EVENT | NASHVILLE, TN | $30/HR We’re looking for cheerful, dependable, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to share a delicious, nutritious twist on comfort foods at community events. Your mission is to introduce attendees to a better-for-you approach through sampling, education, and engaging interactions that inspire a new way of eating. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll invite guests to taste high-protein pasta and spark meaningful conversations about great taste, sustainability, and health benefits. You’ll embody warmth, enthusiasm, and transparency—making each interaction memorable while driving product discovery, increasing awareness, and building genuine excitement for the brand. PAY: Brand Ambassador: $30/HR **Paid as a W2 Employee DATES: * 04-15-2026: TBD - Paid Remote Training Call * 04-18-2026: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Event) DURATION: 6 to 10 hour shifts (final shift times TBD) LOCATION: Nashville, TN DESCRIPTION Throughout the event, our team will engage event attendees with warm, approachable interactions centered around cooking and sampling healthy pasta at the booth. The team will actively prepare fresh samples, invite attendees to taste, and lead engaging conversations that introduce the brand, its better-for-you ingredients, and key nutritional benefits, including higher protein and fiber. The objective is to spark product discovery, deliver a delicious first impression, and create memorable, high-energy experiences that drive trial and long-term brand affinity. Key responsibilities include cooking and serving samples, confidently communicating brand messaging and product benefits, supporting booth load-in and load-out, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and accurately capturing consumer feedback, questions, and reactions throughout the event. BRAND AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS * Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. * MUST have a food handlers certificate * Able to stand, walk, and engage for the full duration of the shift! * Comfortable preparing/cooking samples onsite * Friendly, approachable, and energetic — enjoys striking up conversations and spreading holiday cheer. * Dependable and professional — punctual, polished, and committed to delivering a consistent brand experience. * Engaging storyteller who can clearly communicate product highlights and inspire guests to sample and learn more. * Comfortable with supporting event setup and breakdown, as well as capturing photos for recaps. * Brings a team-oriented attitude and genuine enthusiasm for food, community, and festive events. * Previous experience in sampling, hospitality, or promotional marketing is a plus, but not required.
