We’re taking a premium, modern better-for-you energy drink to major college campuses across Florida and are looking for energetic, outgoing Field Managers and Brand Ambassadors to join our street team! This is a high-volume, cans-in-hands sampling program focused on getting this uber cool brand in front of college consumers through fun, authentic interactions at high-traffic campus locations, events, and surrounding hot spots. Our vibe High-energy, social & outgoing Health, wellness & active-lifestyle focused Confident and approachable Comfortable engaging large volumes of consumers Dependable, professional & ready to keep the energy up throughout the day What You’ll Be Doing Sampling full cans of SOLLOS Yerba Mate Engaging and educating consumers on the brand Driving QR code scans, promotional offers & giveaways to drive purchases Creating a fun, memorable brand experience Supporting mobile street team activations throughout your market Capturing photos, feedback & activation results If you’re energetic, reliable, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and ready to help introduce the brand to college consumers across Florida, we want to hear from you! [PROGRAM DETAILS] DATES (Tentative): Late September – November 2026 Multiple activation opportunities throughout the program Major Florida college campuses + surrounding high-traffic areas MARKETS: * Miami / South Florida * Boca Raton / Fort Lauderdale * Orlando * Gainesville SHIFT LENGTH: 6-8 hour shifts (final timing varies by event) PAY * Field Manager: $40/hr * Brand Ambassador: $30/hr ***Paid as a W2 employee [ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES] Brand Ambassadors (BAs) We’re looking for outgoing, engaging personalities who love talking to people and can confidently drive high-volume product trial while representing the brand in a positive and authentic way. * Drive product sampling and consumer engagement * Create fun, high-energy interactions that stop people in their tracks * Support setup, breakdown, and logistics * Capture photos + key insights for recaps Field Managers (FMs) We’re looking for experienced leaders who can own their market, manage the team, product and assets, oversee setup/logistics, and ensure every activation is executed at a high level. * Manage on-site team + overall execution * Oversee setup, breakdown, and product flow * Coordinate logistics, timing, and troubleshooting in real-time * Ensure strong consumer engagement and brand presence * Capture reporting, photos, and performance insights [WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR] Brand Ambassadors * 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. * Energetic, outgoing, and naturally engaging * Comfortable approaching and interacting with a wide range of people * Dependable, punctual, and professional * Able to work outdoors for full shifts * MUST be comfortable sampling high-volume * Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude * Prior sampling or promo experience is a plus, not required Field Managers * 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. * Valid driver’s license; comfortable handling event transport/logistics * Strong leadership presence—confident, organized, and proactive * Experienced in event execution, street teams, or brand activations * Able to manage multiple priorities while keeping energy high * Hands-on with setup, breakdown, and operational needs (including lifting 25–40 lbs) * Tech-comfortable for reporting, recaps, and communication tools * Solutions-oriented mindset—can think on your feet and keep things moving IF INTERESTED, APPLY HERE: https://airtable.com/appHx4RLEUfkfvdew/shrKAU7RxeHAKtb2j **MUST copy and paste the link into your browser
