We’re looking for proactive, organized, and highly engaging Brand Ambassadors to support a multi-location educational tabling program for a Health Care Company—designed to help employees discover their ideal commuter experience and learn more about sustainable transportation options. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be an on-the-ground representative at some of Stanford’s most high-traffic campus locations. You’ll support daily activation setup and breakdown, engage directly with employees, share key program information, and assist with data collection and inventory tracking to ensure each tabling event runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with your team to create welcoming, informative, and memorable interactions—whether guiding employees through the transportation website on iPads, highlighting key benefits using visual displays, or inviting passersby to stop for snacks and branded giveaways. Your ability to connect, educate, and communicate clearly will help employees better understand their commuting options in an approachable and impactful way. PAY Field Manager: $30/hr Paid as a W2 Employee DATES March through April Dates TBD 3-4 days a week MUST be able to work MOST listed shift dates. DURATION 4–8 hour shifts (final timing TBD) LOCATION Palo Alto, CA Stanford Campus Parking Garages PROGRAM OVERVIEW This initiative brings sustainable transportation awareness directly to Stanford Medicine employees—meeting them where they are. Each activation features: These meaningful, high-touch interactions help employees learn about transportation programs in a fun, memorable way—making the information more likely to stick and inspiring real behavior change. BRAND AMABASSADOR REQUIREMENTS * Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. * Able to stand, walk, and engage outdoors for the full duration of the shift — rain, snow, or shine! * Friendly, approachable, and energetic — enjoys striking up conversations and spreading holiday cheer. * Dependable and professional — punctual, polished, and committed to delivering a consistent brand experience. * Engaging storyteller who can clearly communicate product highlights and inspire guests to sample and learn more. * Comfortable with supporting event setup and breakdown, as well as capturing photos for recaps. * Brings a team-oriented attitude and genuine enthusiasm for food, community, and festive events. * Previous experience in sampling, hospitality, or promotional marketing is a plus, but not required.
