Axeis Agency is seeking a motivated, outgoing Team Lead to oversee an exciting guerrilla sampling program throughout New York City with ESSPO! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments. Market: New York City (Product pickup in Brooklyn) Schedule: 2–3 activations per week Approximately 1 hour on front and back end of each activation, & 4 hours on-site per activation (Schedule will vary based on event calendar.) Rate: $50/hour Fuel stipend (based on travel distance) Ice purchases reimbursed with receipts Responsibilities: Pick up and transport product from Brooklyn to activation locations throughout NYC Purchase and transport ice for each activation (ice expenses reimbursed with receipts) Assist with event setup and breakdown Serve as the on-site Team Lead and runner Support a team of Brand Ambassadors Sample product and actively engage with event attendees along with other ambassadors Maintain inventory and ensure the activation runs smoothly from start to finish Requirements: Male, 21+ Friendly, energetic, and professional Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance Comfortable lifting and transporting product/coolers Punctual, organized, and dependable Previous event marketing, promotional modeling, or brand ambassador experience preferred Fitness, beverage, or lifestyle marketing experience is a plus If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with people, and being the face of an exciting brand, we'd love to hear from you!
