Betty Booze Gelato Sampling – Total Wine MAY 23 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Pacific Time Event location: Total Wine & More #101 691 Naamans Road, Claymont, DE 19703 Event description: Sample new Betty Booze iced tea variety pack & Betty Boozer Boozeier variety pack paired with gelato Rates: Lead BA: $45/hr (+1 hr pre + 1 hr post for grocery/FedEx tasks) BA: $40/hr + 30 min paid recap Role Overview: We’re hiring a Lead Brand Ambassador + Brand Ambassador team to conduct in-store sampling activations supporting the launch of Betty Booze at Total Wine stores. These events feature cocktail samples paired with lemon and raspberry gelato, served from a branded lemonade stand setup. How It Works: Lead BA Responsibilities: Receive and manage full program kit (lemonade stand + materials) - lemonade stand is pretty large and comes in several canvas bags. Purchase lemon & raspberry gelato prior to each event (reimbursed via PEX) Transport kit + gelato between Total Wine locations Set up and break down each activation with support from BA Coordinate and complete FedEx transfer of the kit after final event Ensure all materials are packed and protected properly for shipment Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: Meet Lead BA on-site at each Total Wine Assist with setup, sampling, and breakdown Engage customers and support product education and sales Kit Includes: Branded lemonade stand Sampling cups (cocktails + gelato) Sampling spoons Uniforms PEX card for purchases Shipping label for kit transfer Uniform: Clean, branded shirt (provided) or as directed + neat jeans or black pants (no rips). Clean, polished appearance required.
