Ayatana XP is seeking a Cold Plunge Specialist / Health & Wellness Guide for a unique experiential activation supporting a premium vodka brand rooted in Icelandic tradition. This is not a typical BA role — we’re looking for someone confident leading guests through a guided cold plunge experience focused on resilience, rejuvenation, and connection. 🧊 About the Experience: Guests will participate in a guided cold plunge ritual inspired by Icelandic culture, followed by a curated tasting experience. ✨ Responsibilities: Lead guests through a safe, structured cold plunge experience (approx. 30 seconds per guest) Clearly explain health benefits, safety guidelines, and process Create a welcoming, high-energy, and supportive environment Assist with guest flow and overall experience execution Support post-plunge engagement and brand storytelling 🧠 Ideal Candidate: Background in health, wellness, fitness, breathwork, or recovery therapy Experience with cold plunges / ice baths strongly preferred Confident leading both group + 1:1 experiences Professional, reliable, and comfortable in experiential environments (Dates/times to be shared — preference for flexible availability) ⚙️ Activation Details: Half-day experiential events with cold plunges, sampling, and food pairings Branded plunge setups, changing areas, and guided guest flow Guests complete plunge experience prior to tasting 💸 Pay: $50/hr Interested?
