B2E is staffing the upcoming 2026 Muertos Fest, and we’re building the roster now! Event Snapshot • Date: Friday, October 23 - Sunday, October 25 • Time: Final schedule will be confirmed • Friday: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm • Saturday: 10:00 am - 11:00 pm • Sunday: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm • Location: San Antonio, TX Roles & W-2 Pay Rates • Brand Ambassador — $25/hr • Auto Product Specialist — $35/hr • Event Manager— $40 • Driver — $25/hr Event Manager to pick up assets in Dallas and drive to San Antonio Important Notes for All Roles: • Scheduled hours may shift slightly based on client needs, display timing, and on-site program flow Requirements to Be Considered • Updated B2E profile, resume, and recent photos • W-2 onboarding completed • Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with guests • Product Specialist roles require prior automotive or technical experience First-time BA and PS applicants: Include a short note on relevant experience when applying on Pop-Up Notes. If you’re traveling into the area, add a brief note so you’re not filtered out based on distance that you can work as a local. Attire Your own Black pants + black shoes. A branded polo/shirt will be provided if you don’t already have one 🛏️ Local-Only Event EM hotel lodging for night of event. Vehicle Transport (Product Specialists Only) Some PS roles include transporting a display vehicle from Rye, NY. Valid driver’s license required.
