HI All, I hope all is well with you. We are looking for some great BA's for a Major Credit Card Company X "VIP PRIVATE ARTIST AFTER HOURS PARTY" in CHICAGO on Sept 5th and 6th. Dates: Sept 5th and 6th Location: -Concert Venue: United Center (1901 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612) -After Hours Party Venue: Bunker (1515 W Monroe St thru patio, Chicago, IL 60607) Details: 1.) Shift #1: VIP GUESTS Coordination: (getting fans after the show from the arena to our space). Time: 4:30PM - 11:30PM (with a break between 6:30pm-9pm) Qty: 10 people 2.) Shift 2: "THE PARTY" (LETT/DEP, Clickers, Facilitating Each Touchpoint) Time: 8:30pm - 2:30am QTY: 23 people 3.) Shift 3: R&R: Live Activation - "THE PARTY" TIKTOC-LIKE DANCERS!!!!!
