Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY for an Assistant Guest Services Manager. The Assistant Guest Services Manager will be responsible for supervising guest services staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and performing receptionist duties. They will also be in charge of maintaining front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to handle guest inquiries
Strong Communication skills for clear and efficient communication with guests and staff members
Receptionist Duties to manage front desk operations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
College Degree: additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
