I love working for Beacon! The communication is great and they care about their Brand Ambassadors! They make sure they are well equipped, understanding the brands they promote. Usually quick to pay and they pay-rate is considerably higher than most.

Great communication and fun gig. It was out of my range, and they worked with my schedule to make sure I could do it. I was supposed to have a partner, but she didn't show up, but it was easy to do the event on my own. Always enjoy working for them.
Beacon was a rockstar agency! They mailed me EVERYTHING I needed for the in-store demo - even the 4x4 folding table & did not need any supplies returned! Excellent pay rate! Excellent training materials & training call!

Communication was pretty good as far as responding in a decent amount of time, however my questions were met with unnecessary attitude. I was a trainee. I put 5 stars for event management, but in reference to the owner of the property.
Great opportunity and pay, but DIFFICULT to be hired. Even though I did well from training to submitting documents, they have their favorites and so I feel that I was hired only because the favourites could not feel in that day.
This company is fabulous to work for. Extremely organized and pay is on time all the time and there are never any unanswered questions
The gals who manage these activations have so many going on nationally at once, yet are still so personable and easy to reach. Love this company!

They do not value staff that show up to work on time and do a great job. Positions are always filled quickly and given to those that could care less about the position and representing the brand in a positive manner.
