BeatBox Beverages Brand Ambassador- ALCOHOL SAMPLING EVENT BeatBox BEATS (Brand Engagement Activation Team) members act as internal brand ambassadors for BeatBox Beverages and are responsible for educating consumers and providing samples during promotional events. Location: Bowling Green, KY (WKU) Pay: $30 BA / $35 Team Lead *paid out weekly Uniform: branded shirt provided, black athletic bottoms (shorts/skirt/leggings), white tennis shoes We are currently staffing the following events: *Priority goes to those who can work all events (team lead must be able to work all) Oct 23 WK liquors off premise 4-7 (1 staff) Oct 24th bourbon brewfest 11-6 (3 staff) Oct 25 overtime on premise 2-4 (2 staff) Oct 26th liquorbarn off premise 4-7 (1 staff) Oct 27th WKU game on premise hilligans 3-5 (2 staff) Qualifications: Must be 21+ Possess or willing to obtain an alcohol license in a timely manner Pass a background check and promptly complete on-boarding paperwork Have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive Previous brand ambassador and/or hospitality experience is preferred Responsibilities: Work assigned promo shifts at off/on-premise locations and local events Set-up tasting booths including stocking coolers with ice and product, utilizing items such as folding tables, and pop up tents, and organizing swag Drive to local promotional events in surrounding areas. Receiving FedEx packages and bringing them to site. Maintain schedule, and submit required post event reports and photos. Interact with customers, recieve feedback, and encourage completion of QR survey.
