BeatBox Beverages Brand Ambassador- 1099 CONTRACT POSITION ON-GOING ALCOHOL SAMPLING PROGRAM *Off-Premise experience BeatBox BEATs (Brand Engagement Activation Team) members act as internal brand ambassadors for BeatBox Beverages and are responsible for educating consumers and providing samples during promotional events. BEATS members will typically work between 4-15 hours a week doing promotional demos at bars, liquor stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Open availability on weekends is required as most promotional demos will take place (Thursday-Sunday). They will also have the opportunity to work local events and music festivals as available. Qualifications: Age 21+ Possess or willing to obtain an alcohol license in a timely manner Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/ability to drive Weekend availability Posses a sampling table + table cloth + ice bucket Ability to expense sample product for reimbursement Ability to store and transport sampling assets (Swag, cups, display pieces) Previous brand ambassador and/or hospitality experience is preferred Responsibilities: Drive to local promotional events in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas + storage unit as needed Set-up/tear down tasting booth including table, swag, and display pieces (Larger events may require you to set up a pop-up tent) Work assigned promo shifts at off/on-premise locations and local events Interact with customers, provide brand education, and encourage sales Distribute swag and samples Assist customers in completing a QR code survey Take consumer photos and gather consumer feed back Complete event recaps and upload photos within 24 hours of the event Be an outgoing, excited, and professional representative of BeatBox at all events Communicate and work with other members of the team Dates: Flexible/On-going Location: On/Off-Premise accounts in the Inland Empire area Pay: $30/hr. Uniform: Black athletic pants/shorts/skirt, tennis shoes, branded T-shirt will be provided
