Natural, Textured Hair Brand Ambassador is expected to create an experience that educates the consumer and influences the consumer to purchase beauty, hair or personal care products. The goal of this position is to drive sales, generate brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty. Other responsibilities include: • Allow for trial by samples • Facilitate Buy One Get One Promotion • Increase Beauty Supply Store Sells of Mielle products • Solidify Relationship with the retailer. Compensation $90 per 3 hour promotion Accept shipment of promo kit or arrange for pick-up as instructed. Notify Beauty Probe LLC Representative of availability to work event dates as presented. Always respond to text and/or email communications within 24 hours. Have adequate, reliable transportation to and from promotional events. Arrive at the event and zoom meetings promptly, initiate introduction with on-site contact and provide onsite contact with survey feedback instruction or link if applicable. Set-up display and take photos of display, end cap, inventory and occasional consumer interactions. Create a positive and memorable experience that educates and influences the consumer to buy the Brand. Actively initiate introduction of product and engagement with each consumer in store. Offer fundamental solutions and product recommendations to address key concerns. Allow for trial by samples to meet targeted sells goals. Solidify Relationship with the Beauty Supply Store/Merchandiser/Brand Record and report consumer feedback, distribute samples, buy one get one products, gift with purchase allow for ½ hour for breakdown and to take ending inventory 1- Table Cloth 1- Header Card Banner (Possibly) Branded Bags, Samples, Product for BOGO, Décor, Premiums (Gift w/Purchase). Maintain a running inventory count for all promo items; samples, premiums, full size products, display table, table cover and any other items provided by Beauty Probe or contracted company client or brand. Attire: Polished, Professional, Branded apparel as provided, Healthy Stylish Hair, All Black with Slacks; no jeans. Reporting: Check into designated app and provide report immediately following the promotion. Include: Selfie, Display, and Consumer Photos, Number of items sold, Approximate value of items sold, key customer concerns, promo overview Training Pay: $25 per 1-hour, live, online training (Included in 1st event payment) and monthly team meetings.
