Flexible, part-time field role supporting the launch and growth of Rose City Tequila throughout the Portland market. We are looking for outgoing, dependable beverage-industry professionals who can help build awareness, develop account relationships, and support the execution of Rose City Tequila in bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and at promotional events. This role goes beyond traditional brand ambassador work. Field Market Representatives will work from a defined list of target accounts and market priorities provided by our team. The focus is on making productive account visits, developing relationships, supporting placements, conducting tastings, executing merchandising and promotional programs, and providing useful field feedback. Responsibilities may include: Visiting assigned target bars, restaurants, and liquor stores Building relationships with bartenders, managers, owners, and retail staff Introducing Rose City Tequila and communicating key brand messages Following up with targeted accounts and helping move opportunities forward Supporting new and existing Rose City Tequila placements Conducting consumer and staff tastings Educating account staff about Rose City Tequila Placing approved point-of-sale and merchandising materials Supporting promotions, events, and launch activities Taking photos and documenting account activity Reporting contacts, results, account feedback, competitive activity, and recommended next steps We are especially interested in candidates with experience in spirits, beer, wine, hospitality, beverage sales, promotions, or account-level field work. Existing relationships with local bars, restaurants, liquor stores, bartenders, managers, or beverage buyers are a strong plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, starting conversations, developing relationships, following a targeted account plan, and representing the brand professionally in the market. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with the potential for recurring assignments based on market needs and performance.
