I have not had an issue with: payment, receiving kits, getting a response if I contacted the booker (i.e. for event paperwork). What I'm not a fan of: the rates have been lower than in the past years which is a bummer.
The company gave me travel pay.
This company does not pay industry standard. It also does not meet professional standard for communication both with their employees and with their clients.
Wanted to work more holiday events so I tried BOP in-store demonstrations for the first time. Instructions and communication were clear. Everyone, including management, was helpful and friendly. Haven't worked much with BOP but so far, so good!
