High Profile Event with Department of Transportation (Locomotive)!! We are looking for 2 seasoned project leads that ideally have worked in a corporate or government setting. Job Details: You will help with logistics with vendors, check-in of guests, overall event coordination and some overnight setup. Event Times: Union Station DC - August 27th Times: 3:30am-11:00am to help manage logistics, set up in station signage/check-in tables, on the platform, etc. Union Station DC - August 28th Times: 4:00am-8:00am to help manage any logistics day of commercial service. Boston - August 27th Times: 4:00pm-9:00pm to help manage logistics, set up in station signage/check-in tables, on the platform, etc. Boston - August 28th Times: 4:00am-8:00am to help manage any logistics day of commercial service.
