Title: Team Lead – Experiential Activation (Orlando Convention Center) Company: Black Rose Agency 🌹 Dates: May 11–13, 2026 Location: Orlando, FL (Orange County Convention Center) Rate: $45/hour Hours: 6 hours/day Overview Black Rose Agency is seeking a polished, reliable Team Lead to oversee a 3-day experiential activation at the Orange County Convention Center. This is a key role responsible for on-site coordination, product logistics, and team leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality brand experience. Responsibilities Serve as primary on-site Lead for the activation Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors on daily setup, execution, and breakdown Receive and manage product/materials prior to each activation day Oversee cooler setup, stocking, and product readiness Ensure team arrives on time, in uniform, and fully prepared Act as point of contact for Black Rose management during event hours Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Team Lead or strong experiential Brand Ambassador Reliable transportation (vehicle required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage logistics and problem-solve in real time Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Additional Notes This role requires a high level of ownership and accountability You will be representing Black Rose Agency standards on-site
