$30/HR Brand Ambassadors – Wine & Spirits Tastings | Dallas + Houston | Multiple Fall Dates Black Rose Agency is expanding our Texas Brand Ambassador roster for upcoming premium wine and spirits retail activations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth and Greater Houston markets. We are seeking polished, outgoing, sales-driven Brand Ambassadors with experience in wine/spirits sampling, retail activations, experiential marketing, or consumer-facing sales to represent two growing beverage brands during Total Wine tastings this fall. Multiple dates are available, and we are especially interested in building relationships with experienced ambassadors who would like ongoing bookings with Black Rose Agency. PAY & SHIFT DETAILS Rate: $30/hour Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hours) Total Shift Pay: $90 Product: Pre-purchased by the agency Supplies: Approved ice and sampling cup expenses reimbursed up to $8 per activation DALLAS–FORT WORTH DATES September 4 – Dallas (Park Lane) September 5 – Dallas (Cedar Hill) September 12 – Dallas (Preston Village) September 19 – Dallas (Preston Village) September 26 – Dallas (Cedar Hill) October 2 – Dallas (Park Lane) October 3 – Dallas (Preston Village) October 9 – Dallas (Cedar Hill) October 10 – Dallas (Oak Lawn) October 17 – Dallas (Park Lane) October 24 – Dallas (Cedar Hill) GREATER HOUSTON DATES September 5 – West University September 11 – Cinco Ranch September 18 – Sugar Land September 19 – Pearland September 19 – Memorial September 25 – Humble September 26 – Baybrook October 3 – Baybrook October 23 – Baybrook ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Professionally represent the assigned wine or spirits brand • Engage Total Wine customers and confidently communicate brand and product messaging • Conduct responsible product sampling in accordance with retailer and alcohol-service requirements • Educate consumers on product characteristics, flavor profiles, and brand story • Encourage product trial and help drive retail sales • Maintain a polished, organized and inviting tasting station • Capture required activation photos, consumer insights and sales/engagement metrics • Complete accurate post-event reporting through the Black Rose platform WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Previous wine, spirits, beverage sampling, retail activation, Brand Ambassador, or sales experience preferred • Engaging, polished and comfortable initiating conversations with consumers • Sales-minded and able to convert product education into purchase consideration • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently • Must meet all applicable requirements for alcohol sampling/service • Reliable transportation required • Smartphone required for activation reporting BRAND TRAINING Selected Brand Ambassadors will receive brand-specific training materials and product education prior to their first activation. Ambassadors are expected to review and understand assigned brand messaging before representing the client in market.
