Job Title: Seasonal Sunday Market Sales Associate – BOLD Sunglasses Location: Breckenridge, CO Schedule: Sundays, June 14th – September 6th, 2026 Shift: 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM Pay: Guaranteed $20/hour base + 5% commission on all sales (Normally $25-$75 commission per market) Estimated Pay: Approximately $24–$31/hour based on typical booth sales BOLD Outerwear is looking for an energetic, reliable person to run our sunglasses and ski goggle booth at the Breckenridge Sunday Market this summer. This is a great weekend job for a local, student, or anyone looking for a fun Sunday summer gig. You’ll be outside in the summer, talking with locals and visitors, selling sunglasses and goggles, and working in one of the most idyllic Colorado mountain settings in the country. This is not a stuffy indoor retail job, but it is also not just sitting behind a table. We need someone friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable talking to people throughout the day. You can learn more about BOLD at www.boldouterwear.com. The Pay This role pays a guaranteed $20/hour base rate plus 5% commission on all sales. The shift is 7 hours, so the guaranteed base pay is $140 per Sunday. Our market booth typically sells between $500 and $1,500 per market, which would add approximately $25–$75 in commission per Sunday. That means estimated total pay is typically around $165–$215 per Sunday, or approximately $24–$31/hour, depending on sales volume. The Schedule... -Sundays only -June 14th – September 6th, 2026 -Shift: 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM -Setup starts at 8:45 AM -Market runs from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM -Booth should be packed up by approximately 3:45 PM The Gear & Logistics... We supply the branded tent, tables, displays, and all inventory. To keep things simple, you will store the market gear and inventory at your residence during the market season. That way, you can load up your vehicle and head straight to the market each Sunday without having to coordinate a pickup every week. Because of this, you must have access to a truck or SUV and a safe place to store the booth gear between markets. What You’ll Do... -Set up and break down the BOLD 10' x 10' market tent -Transport the tent, table, inventory, and booth gear -Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting -Greet customers and engage with market attendees -Learn the basics of our sunglasses, ski goggles, and lens technology -Help customers choose the right sunglasses or goggles -Process credit card payments using our mobile POS system -Keep track of inventory and sales throughout the day -Collect customer emails through promotions and giveaways -Provide a simple end-of-day recap after each market -Represent BOLD in a friendly, professional way What We’re Looking For... Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people Reliable and available Sundays through the summer market season Comfortable selling products and earning commission Able to learn basic product details and explain them clearly Comfortable using a mobile POS system or willing to learn Responsible with inventory, payments, and booth equipment Able to lift and move market gear, including tent, table, bins, and weights Must have access to a truck or SUV Must have a safe place to store booth gear during the market season Previous retail, sales, farmers market, brand ambassador, or customer service experience is helpful but not required About BOLD Outerwear...
