We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our the Jelly Belly brand during a sampling campaign. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, provide product information, and create memorable experiences that drive trial and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up the inventory from the storage. - Set up and maintain the sampling station according to the guidelines. - Greet and engage customers, offering candy samples in a friendly and approachable manner. - Encourage participation in the game to win a toy. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area. - Monitor stock levels and amount of samples per day. - Ensure compliance with food, safety, and health handling standards. - Collect customer feedback and report insights to the campaign team. - Take pictures of the event. Qualifications: - Food / Safety Certification - Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English). - Comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with large groups. - Prior experience in sampling campaigns. - Reliable, punctual, and professional. - Must be 18+ (or local legal age for sampling food products). - Having a car is preferred. Schedule: Weekend hours: 12-5 PM Weekday hours: 1-5 PM
