This summer, ESPN is bringing back its legendary "50 States in 50 Days" campaign and we’re looking for outgoing, energetic, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to help bring the excitement of SportsCenter to fans across the country. This nationwide campaign will highlight the heartbeat of American sports culture, from major league stadiums to small-town fairs, and everything in between. Brand Ambassador Role - You’ll be the face of ESPN’s “Sports Forever” campaign, welcoming attendees, distributing branded swag, and creating fun, memorable interactions with fans. You’ll help educate the public about the 50 States in 50 Days tour and ESPN’s upcoming product launch, while answering general questions and directing any specific inquiries to your Team Lead. Your role includes keeping the energy high, encouraging social sharing, assisting with minor setup and breakdown, and ensuring ESPN is represented with pride, professionalism, and enthusiasm at every touchpoint. Lead Role - This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic crew, represent an iconic brand, and be the go-to person for both our brand ambassadors and our client on-site, all while bringing the “Sports Forever” campaign to sports fans from coast to coast. As the Team Lead, you'll oversee a small group of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they deliver high-energy, on-brand interactions with attendees while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for our client onsite, handling updates, questions, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. In addition to leading the team, you’ll actively participate in the activation by engaging with guests, distributing ESPN-branded merchandise, and supporting the overall experience. You’ll also assist with unloading swag, setting up, and breaking down the activation space, potentially arriving the day before the event to help prepare (all time compensated). After each activation, you'll provide brief feedback or a recap to help evaluate the event’s success and share key takeaways. “50 States in 50 Days” is a high-energy, fan-focused journey celebrating the spirit of sports in every corner of the country. This tour builds momentum for ESPN’s new direct-to-consumer platform launching in August 2025. Select stops will include immersive onsite activations featuring branded merchandise giveaways and interactive fan engagement zones.
