Gig Overview: Amazon is closing out its Boston Halloween activation with a two day flagship experience at Prudential Center, and we're seeking an experienced, confident Team Lead to oversee our Brand Ambassador team, mascot, and mascot handler to ensure a seamless, high energy guest experience. The Team Lead will act as both a hands on Brand Ambassador and the on-site leader for the activation. You'll perform all standard BA duties while also coordinating the full field team, serving as the direct point of contact for on-site partners, and ensuring the activation runs smoothly from open to close. This opportunity requires strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and the confidence to make quick decisions in a fast paced, high visibility environment. Location and Schedule October 24, 2026 Prudential Center 800 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02199 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM October 25, 2026 Prudential Center 800 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02199 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Pay: $30.00/hr Parking: Up to $25.00 per day with proof of receipt Please note we will not reimburse for Uber receipts or any other form of transportation other than a parking receipt. Team Lead Scope Team Leadership and Coordination You'll check in all Brand Ambassadors, the mascot, and the mascot handler upon arrival, and ensure the full team is present, on time, and properly prepared. Throughout the activation, you'll lead by example, keep the team engaged and professional, and coordinate breaks as needed to maintain full coverage. Client and On-Site Communication You'll serve as the primary point of contact for on-site stakeholders, communicating updates, needs, or issues clearly and professionally, and escalating any major concerns while resolving smaller issues independently to keep the activation on track. Activation Oversight You'll ensure the footprint is fully operational and running smoothly, troubleshooting any issues with staffing, guest flow, or activation elements, including coordinating mascot photo moments and keeping crowd flow safe and enjoyable. Brand Ambassador Duties In addition to your leadership scope, you'll drive traffic to the Amazon footprint, engage with guests, educate them on the brand, and help distribute giveaway items, all while helping create a high energy, festive guest experience.
