Gig Overview: We're booking an experienced, confident Team Lead to oversee an exciting cocktail activation at Republic NOLA in New Orleans. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in live event environments, leads by example, and knows how to keep an activation polished, organized, and running smoothly from setup to close. As the on site lead, you'll act as both a hands on Brand Ambassador and the direct point of contact for the client. You'll assist with final bar and decor setup, keep the activation fully stocked throughout the event, and track giveaway and sample counts to ensure everything is accounted for. This opportunity requires strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to troubleshoot any issues that arise so the event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Event Location: Republic NOLA Event Address: New Orleans, LA 70130 Dates and Times: July 19th, 4:30PM to 10:30PM Pay: $35.00/hr Parking: Free Team Lead Scope Client and On-Site Communication You'll serve as the direct point of contact for the client throughout the event, checking in regularly to confirm everything is running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot any issues that arise on the spot and keep communication clear and professional from start to finish. Activation Setup and Oversight You'll assist with final setup of the bar and ensure all decor is properly in place before doors open. Throughout the event, you'll replenish supplies as needed and restock giveaway pins and cards, with approximately 300 available per event. You'll also keep an accurate count of total cocktail samples and pins given away to ensure everything is properly tracked. Brand Ambassador Duties In addition to your leadership scope, you'll help create a welcoming, high energy environment for guests, engaging with attendees and supporting a smooth, enjoyable experience throughout the activation.
