Team Lead Scope
Team Leadership and Coordination
You will check in all Brand Ambassadors at the start of each day, confirm the full team is present, properly outfitted, and briefed before the activation opens. Throughout the event, you will monitor team energy and performance, offer real-time feedback and direction, and keep everyone aligned on priorities as the day evolves. You set the standard for professionalism and enthusiasm on site.
Client and On-Site Communication
You will serve as the day-of point of contact for the client team, relaying updates, flagging issues, and escalating anything that requires attention. You are the first to know what is working, what needs adjusting, and what needs to be communicated up the chain. Clear, calm, professional communication is non-negotiable in this role.
Activation Oversight
You will keep a bird's-eye view on the activation footprint at all times, monitoring traffic flow, managing any crowd dynamics, and ensuring the experience stays on brand and on schedule. You will support setup and breakdown, oversee inventory replenishment including cooler restocking, and make sure the physical space always looks clean, organized, and premium.
Brand Ambassador Duties
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will work the activation floor alongside the team, driving foot traffic, engaging guests, distributing Coca-Cola product samples, and supporting interactive elements such as swag giveaways and photo opportunities. You lead by example and never ask the team to do what you would not do yourself.
