Before the event opens each day, you'll conduct a walkthrough to ensure the space looks polished and professional. Once the event is live, your primary focus will be engaging with convention attendees. You'll strike up genuine conversations, share information about Aspen Dental's services with warmth and confidence, and guide interested attendees through the signup and lead generation process. This is not a passive presence, you'll be the face of the brand at every interaction. At the end of each day, you'll help store materials securely and ensure everything is organized for the following day. On the final day, you'll assist with full breakdown, packing materials neatly, returning items to designated storage, and ensuring anything requiring shipment is properly labeled and ready for pickup.
