Gig Overview: We are seeking polished, charismatic, and highly professional Brand Ambassadors to support an exclusive influencer event taking place during Masters week. This is a private, invite-only experience designed for influencers, VIP guests, and select partners. The atmosphere will be elevated, stylish, and hospitality-focused, with attention to detail being a top priority. This role requires individuals who naturally excel in social environments, understand premium guest service, and can seamlessly support a high-profile crowd while maintaining professionalism at all times. VIP Brand Ambassadors will provide elevated hospitality service at this private influencer event during the Masters Tournament, warmly greeting guests, distributing branded Masters-themed goodies, and ensuring every attendee feels welcomed and attended to. Staff will assist with a curated photo moment, answer questions about the experience, maintain organized and polished activation areas, and proactively support the event team to ensure seamless execution. Ambassadors must remain professional at all times, refraining from taking personal photos with influencers, while anticipating guest needs and contributing to a refined, high-touch environment. Event Location: The Willcox Hotel Event Address: 100 Colleton Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801 Dates & Times: April 10, 10:30AM - 2:30PM Pay: $30.00/hr Key Responsibilities Provide elevated VIP hospitality service to influencers and invited guests Greet attendees warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and attended to Distribute branded Masters-themed merchandise and curated goodies Support the event team in maintaining a polished, seamless guest experience Assist with a designated photo moment, ensuring smooth flow and guest readiness Answer questions about the experience confidently and accurately Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance Maintain organization and presentation of product displays and giveaway areas Support overall activation logistics and assist leadership wherever needed Brand Ambassadors will not take personal photos with influencers or guests. Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and brand integrity is essential in this environment. Ideal Candidate Extremely outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging high-profile guests Strong hospitality mindset with VIP or luxury event experience preferred Confident, articulate, and polished in appearance and demeanor Able to read the room and adjust energy appropriately Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Professional boundaries and discretion are a must Event Environment This is a more intimate and curated setting compared to larger public activations. The guest list will include influencers and select VIP attendees, so presentation, energy, and attentiveness must be elevated at all times. Every interaction should feel thoughtful, seamless, and intentional.
