Gig Overview: We are seeking dynamic, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to support two exciting off-site activations taking place during Masters week in Augusta, GA. Located just steps from the tournament action, this rooftop experience will be open to the public and designed to capture the energy and prestige of one of golf’s most iconic events. This is a lively, interactive environment featuring multiple guest engagement stations, branded experiences, giveaways, and photo opportunities. Our team will be responsible for creating an unforgettable atmosphere while ensuring smooth guest flow and a premium brand experience. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for creating an engaging and high-energy guest experience by welcoming attendees, driving foot traffic into the activation, and confidently communicating key brand talking points. Staff will manage interactive stations and gamified experiences, operate the photo booth, distribute branded merchandise and Masters-themed giveaways, and encourage participation throughout the space. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organization at assigned areas, assisting with raffles or prize moments, managing lines and crowd flow, and ensuring a safe and positive environment within the rooftop indoor/outdoor venue. Event Location: The Partridge Inn Augusta, Curio Collection by Hilton Event Address: 2110 Walton Wy, Augusta, GA 30904 Dates & Times: April 9, 2:00PM - 8:30PM April 10, 2:00PM - 8:30PM Pay: $30.00/hr Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Proactively drive foot traffic into the activation space Manage and operate interactive stations and gamified experiences Clearly communicate activation details and prepared brand talking points Educate guests on the experience and encourage participation in activities Operate and manage the photo booth experience Distribute branded merchandise, free goodies, and Masters-themed giveaways Assist with raffles, prize moments, or special engagement features Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned stations Manage lines and assist with crowd control to ensure a smooth guest flow Monitor safety and awareness in a rooftop indoor/outdoor environment Work collaboratively with team members and on-site leadership Ideal Candidate Energetic, engaging, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers Confident speaking to individuals and small groups Experienced in brand activations, experiential marketing, or live events preferred Able to quickly learn and confidently deliver brand talking points Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor Team player with strong communication skills Event Environment This activation will take place on a rooftop venue with both indoor and outdoor components. The atmosphere will be upbeat, interactive, and high-volume, especially during peak Masters traffic times. Staff should be prepared for a lively crowd, constant guest engagement, and extended time on their feet.
