Gig Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Event Labor Staff member to support the setup activations for The Masters in partnership with Zyrtec. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. The Event Labor Staff member will support the setup of two activation spaces by unloading trucks, moving and arranging furniture, assembling displays, and placing event materials according to layout and client direction. They will take guidance from the on-site team to assist with all aspects of the build, ensure the space is organized and event-ready, and provide general hands-on support throughout the setup process to help ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Schedule: April 8, 11:00PM - 1:00AM Location: Augusta, GA 30904 Pay: $35.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per day Key Responsibilities: Assist with full event setup for two activation spaces Unload trucks and organize incoming materials and assets Move, stage, and arrange furniture and event equipment throughout the space Assemble and install furniture, displays, and other activation elements Place signage, décor, and branded materials according to provided layouts and direction Take direction from the on-site client and team leads to support all setup needs Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and event-ready upon completion of setup Provide general labor support as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient build process Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (50+ lbs recommended) Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing needs on-site Prior event setup or labor experience is a plus, but not required Important Notes: This role is strictly for event setup support—no personal vehicle is required for this position If, for any reason, you are asked to use your personal vehicle on-site, you must contact Brand Besties immediately before proceeding
