We’re looking for dynamic, energetic, and charismatic Brand Ambassadors to help bring the Hollywood Casinos new vision to life during an immersive pop-up experience in Joliet, IL. This activation will showcase the new renovations, design elements, and overall “LA vibe” of the upcoming Hollywood Casino brand refresh. The pop-up will feature a multi-level guest journey, including a prize wheel game, interactive visual experience elements, and a warm, on-brand welcome experience. Brand Ambassadors will rotate throughout the experience, meaning all staff must be prepared to work both upstairs and downstairs as needed. Flexibility and an all-in attitude are key! Event Location: Hollywood Casino Aurora Event Address: 1 W New York St, Aurora, IL 60506 Date & Time: April 18, 11:00AM - 8:00PM April 25, 11:00AM - 8:00PM Roles: Upstairs Staff – Experience Hosts Engage guests at the pop-up casino experience space Operate and manage the prize wheel activation Explain the experience and new casino features to guests Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment Capture the energy of the new “Hollywood Casino” brand and help guests feel immersed in the LA-inspired vibe Downstairs Staff – Welcome & Greeters Be the first impression for all arriving guests Warmly greet attendees with enthusiastic and genuine energy Guide them to the experience upstairs and answer any questions Maintain a professional but laid-back California presence
